To prevent the pieces from sticking or clumping – a common issue with chopped fruits – they are lightly dusted with 5% date powder. This keeps the cubes loose and free-flowing, allowing them to be directly and cleanly dosed into industrial mixing processes or used as a snack or for direct portioning.
